Here is a summary of the main new features and improvements:

Activities

• Simpler creation through a modal dialog.
• Filtering by deadline (tomorrow, this week, this month).
• Activities can be created directly from My Activities.
• Quick rescheduling to today / tomorrow / next week.
• The activity name stays permanently visible in the card.
• An activity is no longer removed once marked as done.

Kanban and stages

• Compact adding of new stages, better use of screen width.
• An "Add stage" button directly in the kanban view.

Filtering and search

• User avatars in custom filters.
• Text formatting in drop-down filters.

User interface (UX)

• Search, the view switcher and other elements are available immediately, without waiting for data to load.
• A smaller status bar on mobile (a single button indicates the position).

Mobile improvements

• In form details the first button is visible at the top level, the others sit under "⋮".

Access rights

• Product access rights are separated from the other groups by default.
• Portal users can change their login credentials at /my/account.

Templates and notifications

• Customers are no longer automatically followers; instead, recipients are suggested from previous messages.
• Blocking messages on products and contacts have been replaced by warnings at the top of the screen only.

Sharing and statistics

• Sharing favourite filters with specific users.
• The contact list shows how many records are linked to each contact.
